The images above are a result greatly from poor water consumption/poor diet. Heavy consumption of dark sodas, teas, coffee, fried/fast foods, junk foods, etc. can lead to poor image quality & can make it extremely difficult to see your baby, even with extensive editing tools. The images below are shown in comparison from mom's of all different body types, but who all had great amniotic fluid clarity from great water consumption and relatively healthy diet during pregnancy. Remember, everything you consume goes straight to baby too!

REMEMBER: THE WATER ON THE DAY OF YOUR SESSION WILL NOT AFFECT YOUR AMNIOTIC FLUID OR IMAGES! YOU MUST​ DRINK WATER AT LEAST 3-4 DAYS LEADING UP TO THE SESSION!!
